Valentine Kiss on Oricon Singles Weekly Chart

According to the announcement on Interchannel, the renewed versions of Valentine Kiss from Atobe Keigo and Oshitari Yuushi have achieved the positions of No.26 and No.38 on the Oricon Singles Weekly Chart (13 Feb). That's a pretty good result considering that the content for both CDs is not exactly brand new. Seems like the support for the Top 2 of Hyotei is still going strong.

Of late, we get to hear a lot of the Tenipuri CDs doing well on the Oricon charts which is definitely good news. Despite the anime series coming to an end almost one year ago, the manga and the upcoming OVA plus all these CD releases from Interchannel are contributing to the continuation of the Tenipuri fever. I just hope that the real-life movie to be shown this year would not spoil the momentum though because I have this nagging feeling that people are going to attack that movie for its casting choices and the story. I for one would not want to watch the real-life movie and would rather save my money for more Interchannel CDs, manga, fanbooks and the OVA DVDs. I am also keeping my fingers crossed for another Tenipuri anime movie to be produced in the near future.
